Unemployment
Just filed a claim. It all went fairly smoothly. Walked in and was handed a clip-board and a form to fill in. Twenty minutes later a I sat with a woman who confrimed everything and gave me some instructions. All fairly painless. I have to log my weekly actions for applications and the like.
Also, I am contacting the Human Resources department to get all my files and the like, and set up an exit interview. I’m going to make up a list of grievences, so at least I’ll get my two cents in. I am sure it won’t get my job back, or in any way improve my situation, but I hope to make a little stink and work for them.
Petty, sure, but justified, I feel.
